In our cake design studio in Rome, we create bespoke wedding cakes that reflect the couple’s personalities, the reception theme and the atmosphere of the day. Every creation is the result of careful consideration of shape, colour, texture and decoration, bringing together visual harmony and impeccable flavour. We take inspiration from the great classics of artistic baking, while reimagining them in a modern, refined style, with every detail thoughtfully considered: from sugar-paste flowers to the most delicate colour gradients. Guiding couples as they choose their wedding cake is a responsibility we embrace with enthusiasm and sensitivity. Every project begins with a personal consultation, where we listen to your wishes, tastes and inspiration. From there, we embark on a creative journey to design your ideal cake, carefully considering every detail: flavour, structure, size, colours and decorations. We’re with you every step of the way, through to delivery and setup at your venue, to make sure everything is perfect for the most anticipated moment of your reception. We work with wedding planners, flower designers and stylists to create a harmonious look, making your wedding cake an integral part of your event’s style. And if you wish, we can also create a coordinated sweet table, with mini desserts, decorated biscuits and sugared almonds to match the theme of your main cake, for an unforgettable display.

Our victory at the Italian Championships
It still doesn’t feel real, but with our piece, “The Masks of the Soul,” we won our first title at the FIEEA Italian Team Championship! It was an extraordinary experience, full of emotion and pride, and gave us the opportunity to meet talented fellow cake artists from all over Italy. We’ll always cherish those intense days of sharing, mutual support and passion: a group of genuine professionals, united by their love of this art and their desire to grow together.
